BOOKING PROCESS

•     Contact Form: Fill out our contact form and we will respond within moments.
•     Consultation Call: We will follow up with a consultation call to learn more about your vision!
•     Deposits & Payments: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photoshoot session.
•     The remaining payment is due 3 business days before your photoshoot. Failure to pay remaining balance will result in a cancellation of the photoshoot.
•     Portrait Late Policy: Please arrive on time. Tardiness of 30 minutes will result in cancellation and the client must reschedule. If less than 30 minutes late, no additional time may be added to your photoshoot session.
•     It is vital that you arrive on time to ensure the allotted time for your photoshoot is maximized.
•     Rescheduling: When rescheduling due to tardiness, you are limited to availability as bookings fill, and previous booking will not remain reserved for you.
• Event Photography: Additional hours beyond your selected package are available at $75 per hour.

IMAGE POLICY

•     Proof Photo Selection: Proof photos will be delivered within 48-72 operating hours (M-F). For portraits, final edited photos will be delivered up to 10 business days upon the date photos are selected from proofs and the final payment is made by client. For events, photos will be delivered within 2 weeks.
•     Additional Photos: For portraits, additional edited photos may be selected and purchased for $5 per photo.
